Me and my boyfriend decided to cook this dish and I must say for our first time it was really good. I would recommend this recipe and love the way she explains things.

I was taught to add egg in the very beginning, allowing the egg to set up in the wok before adding sprouts and rest of ingredients. This way the pad thai is not overly sticky and glommed together.

This is nothing like the Pad Thai the Chinese restaurant down the street sells.

Nice, but normally they use only dried shrimp, they don't use those fresh shrimps or prawns. Also, one important ingredient missing here is preserved turnip. This is one of my fav. but most of the Thai restaurants I 've tried in L.A. made it too sweet cuz they used instance liquid mix sauce.
