AHHHHHH!!!! Why does this say "THAI GREEN CURRY RECIPE" and then have the cook proceed to use store-bought curry paste! This drives me nuts; It's the most crucial ingredient.

Red chili is just the ripe green, a little less hot and different flavor. I prefer green.
